The smartest thing Steve Jobs ever did. . .

Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.                                                                                                – Steve Jobs

I found this quote and I love it so much I had to share it.

This quote is the essence of what I believe in, and what my coaching practice is about.

The words themselves are meaningful, but the fact that it comes from someone who was wildly successful because he lived in his own passion space makes it that much more powerful.

Jobs was a genius and hard working there’s no doubt.

But the smartest thing he ever did was allow himself to work within his zone of genius – where what he was great at and what he loved intersect.

Living HIS life, and not someone else’s made all the difference in living a mediocre life and living a life that no one will soon forget.

So, what does YOUR life call you to do?

What lies within your passion space and zone of genius?

Are you ready to move from living a mediocre life to living one no one will soon forget?

Moving from a mediocre life to one filled with the passion, meaning and enthusiasm you want and deserve is not as complicated as you might think.

It’s time to STOP living someone else’s life, and start living your own.

It’s time to START making the difference in the world and in your own life that you are meant for.

And it’s time to have the JOY, EXCITEMENT, and IMPACT your life is meant for.

Take this one simple action

Answer one question.

Where do your passions and zone of genius intersect? Where do “what you love” and “what you’re great at” collide?
