When you know this job just isn’t IT.

psychic-72085_640You’re sick of your job.

Maybe it’s boring. Maybe you’re overworked. Or maybe you just know that you value your time too much to waste it doing this – but you feel stuck because you still need to get paid.

Whatever the problem is, your job makes you want to run from your office screaming at night, and you feel like you’re a dead (wo)man walking on Monday mornings.

You know this job just isn’t it. But you stay because you just don’t know what IT is.

There is a way to find it, and it’s less difficult than you might think.

There won’t be any need to consult a Ouiji board, crack out your tea leaves, or show me your palm.

No, it’s as simple as getting coaching.

For those of you unfamiliar with coaching, let me give you a quick overview.

  •  Imagine you had an unbiased and trusted person you could talk to, that would listen to you and help you hear what you are really saying.
  • Imagine you had someone who could ask you questions you didn’t think to ask yourself (or were too afraid to ask).
  • Imagine you had someone who would gently but compellingly show you the path and give you the tools to make the changes you want to make.
  • Imagine that person could help you remove all the underbrush that keeps you from even seeing the path now, and helps you tame all the lions, tigers, and bears (oh my!) that keep you well away from the woods.

A good coach is able to help you uncover things within yourself that you didn’t even know were there, shape those things into a plan, and then help you execute that plan so you end up where you want to go. So for those of you who don’t know what you want, at least you are in the right place.

Whether that next thing turns out to be a different job, starting a passion based business, working on a creative endeavor, a charitable mission, or an amazing adventure, it doesn’t matter.

Coaching can help you figure out the what and the how.  Tweet This!

So often I encounter people who express to me that they just feel lost. They don’t know what to do next. They feel stuck, and it’s making them depressed, ruining their free time, their relationships, and how they feel about themselves.

It makes me so sad, because it doesn’t have to be that way. This is a big problem, but the solution is to work through it, not ignore it and hope you’ll be able to make it until retirement or you’ll hit the lottery.

How you feel about how you spend your time is important. Give yourself a chance to experience the joy of doing what you love.

I’m happy to offer a free consultation if you’d like to know more specifically what coaching can do for YOU, and since I work by phone I can work with you no matter where you are. Just send me a quick note: jessica@wishingwellcoach.com

I hope you’ll take the time to find out what IT is for you – and to go after it!
